About Mindful Movement
A More Intentional Approach to Wellbeing
Mindful Movement, Health & Wellbeing, LLC is a holistic wellness practice centered on strengthening the relationship between body, mind, breath, and spirit.
Our goal is simple: to provide compassionate and accessible practices that help people create more space for movement, awareness, rest, resilience, and personal wellbeing.
We believe wellness should not feel intimidating.
It should feel supportive.
It should meet you where you are.
And it should provide tools you can carry into everyday life.

Our Philosophy
The Whole Person Matters
- True wellbeing is multidimensional.
- Physical health can influence emotional wellbeing.
- Stress can affect how we breathe and move.
- Our thoughts can influence how we experience our bodies.
- Our sense of connection, purpose, and spirituality can influence how we navigate difficult seasons.
- Because these areas are connected, our approach considers the whole person rather than focusing on one dimension alone.
- We use gentle movement, conscious breathing, mindfulness, meditation, reflective practices, and complementary wellness modalities to create opportunities for greater awareness and balance.
Our Approach
Our work is:
- Person-centered
- Gentle and supportive
- Inclusive
- Adaptable
- Mindfulness-based
- Focused on sustainable practices
- Grounded in continued learning
You are always encouraged to honor your individual needs, limitations, experiences, and comfort level.
