Meet Earle Phillips
President | Founder | Instructor
Earle Phillips is a certified yoga teacher, mindfulness meditation teacher, Reiki Master Teacher, lifelong learner, and founder of Mindful Movement, Health & Wellbeing, LLC.
His wellness journey reflects a deep interest in the relationship between movement, awareness, emotional wellbeing, personal development, and spiritual grounding.
Earle believes some of the most meaningful changes in life begin when we create enough space to notice what our bodies and minds are telling us.
Through Mindful Movement, he creates supportive experiences where individuals can slow down, move intentionally, breathe consciously, and develop practices that encourage greater balance in everyday life.
Earle’s teaching style is gentle, practical, and non-competitive.
Rather than asking participants to conform to a particular image of wellness, he encourages each person to explore practices in ways that respect their individual body, background, needs, and experiences.
